A PROTOCOL
This artistic proposal unfolds in two stages:
A performance time: I perform a choreography of gestures to recreate each piece of the collection as conceived in my studio
A remembrance time: The series of photographs document the project. They are both the faithful matrix of the performance and the tangible memory of its existence
“Curiosity is a collection of ephemeral jewelry. Due to the destructible nature of the materials, I recreate each piece of jewelry for every new exhibition.“
The projection of the video of the very first performance serves as a choreographic archive, bringing the gesture to the forefront.
