EXPERIENCING PUBLIC SPACE
In Long or Short Minutes, Peter Bosselmann - Professor of Architecture, City & Regional Planning, Landscape Architecture and Urban Design - compares his experience of walking fourteen different 350-meter urban routes across the globe.
As part of my reflection on his work, I traveled to 4 neighborhoods, Kyoto Old Town in Japan, Trafalgar Square in London, Le Marais in Paris and La Rambla in Barcelona. I used space, time, perception and memory as my parameters to capture each area's essence and soul.
